Duduzile Radebe – PACSA Practice Development Manager

After an extensive search and interview process the PACSA Council appointed Ms. Duduzile Radebe to the newly created position of Practice Development Manager. She starts work with us on the 1st March 2015.
Duduzile is a devoted socio-economic justice and gender justice activist who gained her professional experience whilst working within the development sector over the past 15 years. She worked on socio-economic justice advocacy, gender justice and HIV and AIDS in CSO’s based in Gauteng, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. She serves on the board of ESSET (Ecumenical Services for Socio-Economic Transformation).
Duduzile studied at the University of the North, Rand Afrikaans University, WITS Business school, University of Free State, COADY International Institute (St. Francis Xavier University) in Canada and at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She possesses expertise in Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, Training and Development, Human Resource Management, and Stakeholder liaison.
